We offer a 2-year warranty on all our watches.

When does the warranty apply?

- Battery not working.

- Factory error.

- Delivery damage.

What is not covered by the warranty?

- Defects and damage due to loss, fire, water or natural disaster.

- Faults or damages caused by the consumer. (Impact, glass damage, scratches, or accident)

- Aesthetic changes, defects or damage due to normal wear and tear and aging.

- Intentional damages on the watches.

The watches Moment & Stargaze were designed with men in mind, especially when it comes to the size of the watches. However, we have chosen not to categorize the watches for men since taste is subjective.

TIMACE was founded in Stockholm, Sweden. However, you might have noticed the influence of the English language on our site. Our aim is to be available for the rest of Europe and growing internationally as a brand. 

Returns

  • If a product is damaged was incorrect upon delivery - then 100% refund or replacement is offered.
  • We have a 30-day return and exchange policy, since the day the item was received.  
  • To be eligible for return, goods must be unopened, unused, undamaged and accompanied by proof of purchase. 
  • For returns, please email support@timaceofsweden.com with the subject "Return" and include your order number, name and reason for the return. 
  • Free return within Sweden. Return fee to the rest of the EU. 
  • If the refund is approved, it will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to the customer's credit card or original payment method shortly thereafter. 


 

Shipping

Shipping destinations:

  • At the moment, we only deliver automatically to EU countries. However, we make exceptions for anyone that wants to purchase a watch. Contact support@timaceofsweden.com and we will work it out!

Delivery time

  • 1-2 days within Sweden.
  • 1-5 days delivery to the rest of EU.
  • Delivery time may vary depending on location, delivery method and other factors.

Delivery cost

  • Free in EU.
  • A fee depending on locations not easily reached by delivery companies, such as islands.
